Eight kinds of material, all of them carrying product information
A partner selling injectables into hospitals is answering technical questions, not handing out branded stationery. Everything below exists to answer one of those questions.
Visual aid folder
The detailing folder, one spread per therapeutic group, with composition, presentation and pack size on the page a clinician is actually looking at. Issued at onboarding and reissued when the range changes.
Leave behind literature
One card per product, sized to leave on a desk. Composition, strength, presentation and the approved indication, so the reference stays behind after the conversation ends.
Product cards and rate list
Net rates, MRP and pack size on one sheet, in the format a purchase officer can put straight into a comparison. Reissued whenever rates are revised, never left to be worked out from an old copy.
Full injectable catalogue
The complete range in one document, grouped by therapeutic segment and by dosage form, for a hospital building an indent rather than reordering one line.
Sample kit
Physical samples of the range you are appointed for, so a purchase committee is holding the carton and the vial rather than looking at a photograph of them.
Order pad and dispatch stationery
Order pads, dispatch and delivery documentation in the format our despatch reads, which is the quiet reason an order placed on Monday goes out on Monday.
Digital assets
Product images cut out on white, WhatsApp-ready cards and social creatives for the range you hold. Supplied as files you can send, not as a login to a portal.
Tender and institutional pack
For partners quoting hospitals and government tenders: licence copies, product permissions and the declarations a technical evaluation asks for, assembled per notice.
What we do not supply
Gifting items for prescribers. The Uniform Code for Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices 2024 prohibits inducements to healthcare professionals, and our field material is built to that code. A supplier who offers you a doctor gifting kit is handing you their regulatory exposure along with it.
How we promoteThe visual aid itself
The same document our partners detail from. Read it here or take a copy with you.
Four points, and none of them is an invoice
Promotional material is part of the appointment. A supplier who charges a partner for the folder they detail from has the incentive backwards.
Appointment
Districts agreed and the range confirmed. What you are detailing decides what material is printed, so the kit is built after the agreement rather than before it.
Onboarding kit
Visual aid, leave behind literature, product cards, rate list, order pad and sample kit go out with the first dispatch. Not promised for later, and at no separate cost.
Refresh on change
New products, revised rates or a changed pack, and the affected material is reissued. Nothing in a partner’s folder should contradict the invoice.
Digital on request
Images and cards for any product in your range, sent as files. Ask for the product, not for a portal account.
Get the kit with your first dispatch
Send the districts you cover. If they are open, the material is packed alongside the opening order.
