The difference

The batch is ours, so the answer is ours

Formulation, filling and quality control happen under one roof. When a distributor asks which lot a vial came from, who released it and what the assay said, the answer comes from our own records rather than from a supplier we would have to ask.

That is the whole reason the range is built the way it is: 300 injectables across 11 therapeutic groups and 4 dosage forms, so one supplier can cover a territory instead of half of it.

How we work

Four things we do not move on

  • Every batch released against specification

    No lot leaves the facility until assay, sterility, bacterial endotoxin and particulate matter results are on file and signed. The certificate of analysis travels with the consignment.

  • Sterile manufacturing under classified air

    Filling happens under Grade A laminar flow inside a Grade B background, with environmental monitoring run on the same schedule as production, not on a separate one.

  • Traceable to the vial

    Batch number, manufacturing date and expiry are recorded against raw material lot, filling line and operator, so any query resolves to a specific lot rather than a general answer.

  • Stability data that covers the claim

    Shelf life is supported by real time and accelerated stability studies. Where a molecule needs cold chain, it ships cold chain, and the temperature record ships with it.

What comes off the line

  • 70Dry Powder InjectionSterile dry powder filled into vials under Grade A laminar flow, reconstituted at the bedside. The bulk of the antibiotic range sits here.
  • 11IV InfusionLarge-volume parenterals in 100ml and 300ml presentations, terminally sterilised and released against a full sterility and pyrogen panel.
  • 10Liquid InjectableSolution-filled ampoules and vials for molecules that stay stable in liquid, including the tray-packed emergency range.
  • 5Lyophilised InjectableFreeze-dried cake presentations for heat-labile molecules where a dry powder fill would not hold potency across shelf life.
