Before you ask

There is no minimum on the first two order cycles. We would rather you order against real demand in your districts than carry stock you have not sold yet. From the third cycle onward a modest minimum applies, agreed with you at the time of the agreement.

Yes to both. Rights are granted at district level and recorded in the franchise agreement against named districts. We do not appoint a second partner inside a district that is already allocated.

Invoice, packing list and the certificate of analysis for every batch in the shipment. For third party manufacturing you additionally receive the batch manufacturing record and batch analytical record.

Yes. Tenders usually require product permission, a certificate of analysis, a non conviction certificate and a market standing certificate. Tell us which tender you are bidding and we will assemble the pack.

Artwork and pack development runs alongside scheduling. Once artwork is approved and raw material is in, a standard batch is committed against a written lead time so you can plan your own launch date against it.

Where the molecule requires it, yes, and the temperature record ships with the consignment. Products that do not require cold chain are not shipped cold, because an unnecessary cold chain adds cost without adding stability.
