Who this site is for
Our products are prescription injectables intended for licensed pharmaceutical trade, hospitals, healthcare institutions and qualified healthcare professionals. This site is addressed to that audience. It is not addressed to patients or the general public, and nothing here is an advertisement of a prescription medicine to a consumer.
You must be able to form a binding contract to transact with us, and you must hold whatever licences your jurisdiction requires in order to buy, hold or distribute prescription products. We may ask you to evidence that before we supply anything.

Compositions, pack sizes and presentations are kept as current as we can, and the range changes. A product shown here may be out of stock, discontinued, or not registered for sale in your territory. Availability, price and specification are confirmed only on a written quotation or order acceptance from us.
Registration and marketing authorisation requirements differ by country and are the responsibility of the party importing or distributing the product. Publication here is not a representation that a product may lawfully be sold in your market.
Enquiries you send us

Governing law

Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights or obligations under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the rules made under it, or any other law applicable to the manufacture and sale of pharmaceutical products in India.
If part of this is unenforceable
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is treated as removed and the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not lose it.
